2021 RESET Capacity building programme for CLAIM members
The support offered through the RESET project in 2021 focuses on capacity building and development of new narratives towards a new campaign for the network that resonates with the broader public (the ‘movable middle’). This is important groundwork before CLAIM implements this new narrative change campaign in 2022. The diagram below provides an overview of the four capacity building options offered to CLAIM members, ranging from staying informed all the way to being part of the team developing new narratives and the campaign.
We developed this multi-pronged programme based on your strategic communications needs and interests, and the following are features of the programme design:
- The 4 options are designed to address the different interests and time/resources available among network members.
- The 4 options are designed to progressively entail more commitment, i.e. option 1 = lowest level of time commitment and option 4 = greatest time commitment.
- Every participation in each and every option matters! A network is only as strong as each member’s engagement, and at the level which fits for each member.
- Each is offered independently and you can participate in more than one option! For example, you can request a short workshop for your organisation (option 2) and then also attend the New Narratives Lab (option 4).
